Community leader, arts administrator, and director Kate Stadel believes in the power of theatre to transform individuals and communities. As Executive Director for Ghost River Theatre in Calgary, Kate develops results-oriented strategic business planning to grow this modern and vibrant community gathering place. She earned her BFA in Directing from the University of Victoria and previously served in strategic roles at Simon Fraser University’s Goldcorp Centre for the Arts, the Arts Club Theatre Company, and Toronto’s The Second City.

Kate also was in the class of 2020 of Avenue Magazines Top 40 under 40
